LATE PICK-UP OF CHILDREN POLICY
Late pick-up penalties are assessed for time your child is here past 5:45pm. $25 for the first five minutes and $10 for every five minutes until the child is picked up. This fee is per child left here. Payment of fees not received within 5 business days of the due date shall result in termination of child care enrollment.
- Drop-Off: A custodial parent or an authorized adult must bring the child(ren) into the Center and document the time on the time sheet located at either door. Children need to be taken to their classroom. This insures that staff are aware of you and your child(ren)'s arrival and allows for exchange of information.
- Pick-Up: Only a custodial parent or an authorized adult may check out and pick up the child(ren). A signed, dated, written note only from custodial parent will allow another adult to pick up children not on the authorized pick up form. Adults authorized to pick up will need to clock-out using the time sheet posted at either door.
