Tuition
The Community Child Care Center, Inc. is open Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., 12 months of the year. All Children must be at least 6 weeks old to attend as required by state license. We are an independent non-profit center supported almost entirely by parent fees. It is necessary for all parents to understand, agree with, and sign a policy agreement.
18 MONTHS - 2 YEARS: Full Day = $103.00
2 YEARS - 3 YEARS OLD: Full Day = $95.00
3 YEARS & UP: Full Day = $85.00
Multi-Child Discount: 10% off the oldest child's tuition rate
- REGISTRATION: A $150 registration fee as well as one week of tuition is due as a non-refundable deposit upon enrollment of the child. Each additional child will have a $50 registration fee. The week of tuition will be credited to the child’s account once the child starts attending the center. Non-refundable. One-time, unless status becomes inactive.
- INFANT/TODDLER CARE: 6 WEEKS - 18 MONTHS OLD (Dreamers & Wobblers Classrooms)
Full Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 5 days/week $385/week
Part Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 2-4 days/week (always the same days) $92/day - CHILD CARE: 18 MONTHS - 2 YEARS OLD (Wonderlings Classroom)
Full Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 5 days/week $375/week
Part Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 2-4 days/week (always the same days) $90/day - CHILD CARE: 2 YEARS - 3 YEARS OLD (Questers Classroom)
Full Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 5 days/week $345/week
Part Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 2-4 days/week (always the same days) $83/day - CHILD CARE: 3 YEARS & UP (Storymakers Classroom)
Full Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 5 days/week $315/week
Part Time: Up to 10 hours per day, 2-4 days/week (always the same days) $77/day - MAINTENANCE FEE: A $50 per family fee is required each quarter.
- SCHEDULED OR UNSCHEDULED DROP-OFF CARE: Child care may be offered if available and so long as it has no impact on staffing
requirements. All required paperwork must be on file prior to care.

All payments are due prior to care. Billing updates are sent via e-mail at the beginning of each week and are payable by Friday of that week. Billing information can be viewed at any time via myprocare.com. Statements cover the next week's child care. All tuition and fee payments are non-refundable.
